2025 CMA CGM China Management Trainee Program

This program is a dynamic initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of maritime and logistics industry leaders. We are selectively recruiting elite trainees, ensuring personalized attention and focused development.

• A comprehensive 2-year rotation journey.
• Concentrate on 1 of the 4 sectors for in-depth development and rotation: Commercial, Customer Care, Operations, Finance.
• Personalized on-job-training and mentorship.
• Location: Shanghai.

Target Talent

We are particularly drawn to fresh Chinese international graduates of 2024 and 2025 from French business schools, seeking candidates who embody fresh perspectives and a strong educational background reflective of our company's French heritage and commitment to excellence and exemplarity.

• For Commercial, Operations, Customer Care: Majors are not limited, candidates with International Shipping Management / Logistics Management background are preferred.
• For Finance: Finance background is required.
• Native in Chinese and fluent in English, French is a plus.
