Management Trainee,Alumni &Corporate Relations(for 2022 Graduate)

emlyon business school Asia seeks to hire a full-time position of Management Trainee for Alumni & Corporate Relations to work with the highly competitive and dynamic industry in education.The intern will work together with the team in delivering excellence in all aspects of engagement and development activities/projects for alumni,corporate relations,and research centers.He/she should be result-oriented and highly self-motivated to pursue the highest standard of working quality.

Role responsibilities include but not limited to:

01. Research Centers Business Development and Project Coordination (35%)

•  Assisting with project management,including making the annual working plan,setting deadlines,prioritizing tasks,and track team members to various deliverables.

•  Maintaining a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of School and faculty research,practice,and innovation.

•  Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities.

02. Alumni, Corporate Relations, Research Centers Marketing Communications and Events Support (35%)

•  Online and offline event management,including but not limited to internal cooperation,content development, agency briefing,material preparation,logistic coordination, on-site supervision,leads collection,analysis,event report, etc.

•  Develop content and assets across multiple media and platforms with high quality standard in alignment with business objectives and brand identity.

•  Managing the communication platforms including WeChat,Website,LinkedIn and producing the monthly and annual analysis.

03. Data Maintenance and System Operation (20%)

•  Assist to collect,update,track and analyze alumni, corporate data in Salesforce.

•  Utilize Salesforce platform to generate reports for business decision and optimization.

•  Work with the line manager to maintain different platforms and systems,such as Salesforce,Maycur,etc.

04. Administrative Responsibilities (10%)

•  Vendor, procurement,finance management etc.

•  Maintaining a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of School and faculty research,practice, and innovation.

•  Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities.

05. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor Qualifications

Required Education:

•  Bachelor’s Degree required;graduate degree preferred. 2022 graduate.

•  Prior degree or interest in marketing & communications, journalism,business management or other business subjects highly valued.

Required Experience,Knowledge,Skills,and Abilities:

•  High ethical standard,high sense of responsibility, team player.

•  Maintaining a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge ofGood project management,analytical and organizational skills.School and faculty research,practice, and innovation.

•  Strong portfolio of communication skills in Mandarin and English,French is a plus.

•  Solid skills on computer, marketing tools and processes,esp. power point,excel,photography,video production.

•  Interaction with corporate and institutional partners, alumni,students,and faculty members is integral to the position,so strong interpersonal and team skills are essential.

•  Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

BBA Promotion and Recruitment Manager

Position Overview:

Responsible for the recruitment of all the emlyon business school undergraduate degree program (BBA) in Asia.

Report to the head of Asia Recruitment of emlyon business school Asia.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

•  Promote emlyon business school undergraduate degree program in China mainland to meet the recruitment targets of various BBA programs including 1+3, 2+2 with partners; 30%.

•  Design and implement marketing (especially digital marketing) and recruitment strategy; 5%.

•  Create contents for emlyon website, SNS or other communication platform, in order to promote the programs; 10%.

•  Participate in education fairs and promotional campaigns; 10%.

•  Develop and work closely with local international high schools and universities to create joint-programs for BBA program; 15%.

•  Develop regional qualified agents to help achieve the targets and coordinate accordingly; 20%.

•  Support admission team to standardise the procedures and analyse the admission situation, the current market and the competitors; 5%.

•  Recruit and engage parents through various channels and events by working closely with the operation team and academic team.5%.

Requirements:

Technical skills

•  Bachelor's degree (or above).

•  Language: English, Chinese, French is a plus

•  Good presentation skills.

•  Minimum 3-5 year of working experience in the related field.

•  Willingness and love to travel.

Inter-personal skills

•  Self-motivated, target oriented, spirit of early maker.

•  Successful experience in recruitment and/or marketing.

•  Good communication skills in a cross-cultural. environment, between Asia and France, and in the Asian region.

•  A high degree of analytical capability, pragmatic reasoning, an ability to coordinate a number of projects at the same time.

•  Early maker and entrepreneurship spirit.

•  Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

•  An affable personality and a natural willingness to help others and solve problems.

•  Team work mind set.

Senior Operation Manager

Senior Operation Manager is to be involved in all aspects of students’ experience and liaison with professors & partners to ensure the high quality of the operation of China Bachelor & Master Programs, and to be in line with the standard of three international accreditations.

Note:

•  This job description may be subject to revision following discussion with the person appointed and forms part of the contract of employment.

•  The work location is flexible between Zizhu international Park and ECNU downtown campus based on programs’ needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Detailed responsibilities include:

Program Operation ( 70%)

•  Effectively Plan and manage Operation timeline to ensure programs progress efficiently and timely and optimize the workflow.

•  Communicate with professors to settle operation related issues including schedule, syllabus. collection, workload allocation, evaluation, payment   process etc.

•  Communicate with external partners including companies, education institutions to maintain the cooperation relationships.

•  Communicate with domestic and international students to implement students’ management.

•  Organizing and participating in orientation events and students’ activity ensure students’ smooth experience.

•  Prepare, review and control the budget of programs.

•  Other responsibilities assigned by business units.

Team management ( 30%)

•  Review and optimize the workflow to achieve for better quality of varied programs directly handled by other team members.

•  Provide guidance to team member to improve team’s competency.

•  Accountability for the monitoring and reporting of key performance of team members.

•  Explore future program development opportunities for business units.

To be the right fit for this role, you'll have the following qualifications Essential:

•  Above Bachelor Level, Master level (or equivalent) is preferred.

•  At least 6 years' relevant experience in the general management or administration functions.

•  Proven people management skills (managing and developing a team and projects; Collegiate and effective team player).

•  Fluent in English and Chinese; French is a plus, not obligatory.

•  IT skill, including the ability to use related software, databases.

•  Spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship (“early makers”).

•  Great attention to detail, with a particular and a demonstrated commitment to quality assurance

•  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (including risk management).

•  Ability to deliver results against tight deadlines;

•  Experience of preparing, managing and controlling annual budgets/resources.

Desirable:

•  Good awareness of key issues, trends, opportunities and challenges in the higher education sector, dare to innovate.

•  Experience of higher education in France or in Europe.

•  Experience of cross Business Unit cooperation, so as to deliver new projects, programs.
