Client Development Intern
Job Description
Client development programs are initiated and developed to better retain and upgrade our clients via data mining and boutique performance analysis based on boutique CRM dashboards. They are not only limited to: Regular client telling task push based on novelty launch and seasonal campaigns, potential High jewelry client upgrade, events and btq animations, new retail programs…). The candidate would need to support on programs execution with btqs and result consolidation.
✔ Constant monitoring on boutique deployment
✔ Management of client development program calendar
✔ Monthly Result consolidation
• MMS campaign deployment
• WECOM daily operation
WeCom as the regular SA client telling tool, the candidate would be the key user to manage daily operation to monitor SA usage, boutique binding rate, Q&A for common features, client telling assets and script management.
• Client profile updates
- Daily monitoring new High jewelry client profile
- Interview with SAs to complete consolidated HJ& top client profiles

Client Engagement Intern
Job Description
The client engagement branch focused on delivering enchanting client experience during boutique visit and CRM events.
• CRM event:
- Coordinate engagement calendar;
- Event RSVP follow-up;
- Consolidate event results;
- Event on-site support;
- Event related payment.
• Client gifting:
- Monthly birthday gift planning, deployment, stock management and track gift result;
- Support seasonal gift program;
• Client treatment:
- Order in-boutique tools and gather boutique feedbacks;
- Support on-going client experience project (refreshment upgrade etc.) in defining guideline, vendor sourcing, feedback consolidation and operational works;
- Design and execute one to one client journey for high jewelry clients and with high personalization requirements;
Job requirements
• Highly hands-on in execution and detail oriented
• Strong in communication
• Multi-tasking
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Good Excel, Power point skills
