Operation Intern

Reports To: Operation Manager

Job Description

Routine OP task:

- Non-product replenishment order consolidation, confirmation and modification

- Encyclopedia maintenance

- address book update

- Vendor payments arrangement and contracts renewal for sealing and delivery to stores

- File sealing & delivery & archiving

Information handling:

- Anti-virus material (mask) monitor, replenishment and coordination

- OP Budget usage consolidation

- Transfer data update based on fixed template (template to be developed)

- B+2（minor renovation）proposal consolidation

- Vendors contracts quotation consolidation

OP project support:

- Support stores opening force preparation

- Retail campus score consolidation, supplies purchase and coordination

Survey information handling:

- Anti-virus stock survey

- Label survey

- Retail campus relevant

- Special cleaning schedule adjustment

- New tools survey (WeChat work, click at home, my folio, MOTO)

Job requirements

- University degree or above

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Efficient execution and good adaptability to changes

- Self-driven, can work under pressure

- Multitasking, can meet deadlines

- Good oral and written English

- Good office software application (word, excel, PPT)

VM Intern

Job Description

This internship is a position that will immerse you in the fashion industry from a visual merchandising perspective.

The intern will support Hermes China VM team in accomplishing daily operations including but not limited to:

- Complete visual display elements in coordination with VM team, with interesting and eye-catching colour/style combinations display in the store.

- Work with VM team to complete special projects and other relevant assignments.

- Complete monthly VM reports for China stores and other reports when required.

Job requirements

- Applicant must be currently pursuing their bachelor’s degree ( candidates in art/ design/fashion related degrees will be given priority)

- Applicant must possess a genuine passion for fashion retail and visual design.

- Applicant must be able to complete detail and organized work that adheres to guidance provided by VM team members.

- Applicant must be a conceptual and creative thinker with good communication skills and willing to connect and collaborate.

- Retail experience is a plus.

- Able to work 4-5 days a week

- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Photoshop)

Training Intern

Job Description

- Communicate with the trainers and update the training material regularly

- Arrange for (site, flight, accommodation, etc.) and carry out the training courses

- Collect and analyze the training data

- Support manager to complete the process of training

Job Requirements

-Fluent English skill in both written and spoken.

-Well master Microsoft office tool, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

-Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.

-Work at least 3 days per week, and more than 6 months.
