emlyon business school and Volvo strengthen their partnership to develop employee expertise

In the context of its international Academic Partner Program focused on recruitment, research and training, the Volvo group signed a new 2-year cooperation agreement with emlyon business school on 9 March 2017. emlyon business school is already a ‘Preferred Talent Partner’ of the Swedish Group, aiding recruitment, and now it will become a preferred partner for continuous training. Organised by the Volvo Group University, the group’s internal training department, this cooperation will focus on developing the skills ofthe group’s employees and collaborating to develop training programs and tools, as well as new learning methods and experience sharing.
