Position Title: Human Resources Intern

Department: Human Resources

Geography: Position based in HK – covering HK, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Australia

Report To:Compensation and Benefits Manager / Human Resources Manager

Direct Report(s):

Position Summary:

Responsible for all the HR and finance analysis, including budget and policy review

Expected duration: 26th Jun. 2017 to 22nd Dec. 2017, 6-month contract

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform budget preparation and analysis
  • Provide findings and set up the system on the cost analysis
  • Assist in salary review and bonus annual exercise
  • Support all reports preparation and submission
  • Assist in policy setting and employee handbook
  • Assist in internal communication projects, e.g. newsletter
  • Support ad hoc project as assigned by supervisor

Typical Position Requirements:

  • Candidate with financial and auditing education will be definitely an advantage
  • Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, preferably in Finance andAccounting related discipline
  • Strong numeric sense, detail minded with good follow-up skills
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably with MS Excel skills e.g. Pivot Tables and vlookup
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese considered a plus)
